About

I am a PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio, advised by Dr. Kevin Desai in the Vision & Immersive Realities Lab.

My research interests lie in medical image segmentation, data-efficient deep learning, and AI-driven healthcare. I am currently working on semi-supervised segmentation methods that leverage synthetic-to-real domain alignment to reduce annotation costs in medical imaging. A list of my publications can be found here.

Prior to my PhD, I worked as a software engineer for 2.5 years, building full-stack applications and designing system architectures at Nascenia Ltd and RedDot Digital Ltd.

I received my B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) in 2020.

Research Interests: Medical Image Segmentation, Semi-Supervised Learning, Transfer Learning, Computer Vision, Deep Learning for Healthcare
